ecohealthlab garden
In our garden, we grow multiple fruits, vegetables, like the carrots, beetroot, celery, pepper, eggplant, strawberries, and more. All grown organically, surrounded by fruit trees and herbs. The lavender, lemon balm, mint, thyme, nettle, saturate the air with their beautiful fragrance.
Our garden is truly amazing, I love being there. But, unfortunately, if I want to spend some time there, I need to walk for about ten to fifteen minutes. It is not located close to our appartment, but a kilometre away. Yesterday I thought, that such natural beauty should be accessible at all times, to influence one’s thoughts, imagination and feelings. Close to a home, so that you can go there with a cup of tea or coffee, at all times. The trees, butterflies, bees, roses and lavender have the power to calm you down and help you find the needed distance, peace of mind in relation to the speed of our current world. Nature grows slowly, year by year, and is always there. It’s slowness, sounds, smells, colours and beauty will transform your mood.
If you can, try to have your garden next to your home, so that you can saturate your mind and heart with its look and sounds every morning and night, to remind yourself, that you are a part of nature. Stress will have less power over you.
Thanks to our garden, we prepare organic herbal pillows, to help you fall sleep with ease, and enjoy the tiny bit of secret garden hidden in the beautiful smell. The natural aroma of the herbs, bring back the memories of those moments spent in nature, and help you heal your body and mind.
