Frequently Asked Questions
“What is the difference between the regular cotton and organic cotton?“
The difference between regular and organic fabrics is a fundamental one.
Both are very durable. The fabrics we use are of top quality, but the regular cotton is the type of cotton you find in the clothes you wear, in the furniture that includes cotton as one of the fabrics. It looks great, is soft, and of great quality. However, the regular cotton production requires the high number of pesticides and insecticides on various stages of the process. It makes the final fabrics quite toxic. It is known, that the regular cotton fabrics can transmit toxic substances to our skin, air, water. They look good, but when we think about health, it is a question, whether we should use it any longer or rather change for the organic options when possible.
Organic fabrics is produced without the toxic substances the regular cotton requires. It is undyed, unbleached, very healthy and delicate, yet strong and durable. Read more about the difference between organic cotton and regular cotton on our page Organic Cotton

In this situation, just roll it up, and take it with you to the car. You can travel with it. At home, you can roll it up, and place it in the corner of the room for the day, if you need more space.
“Tell me about the cover… Is the linen cover referring to the zippered case, or an outer cover working as a “sheet”?

Curious about what bedding can be used with this mattress as it is so much more thin than a conventional one.
Our Mom uses the buckwheat mattress, and she places the bedding over it. It works well. What kind of bedding do you use?
