Healthy Sleep Habits
The way you Sleep, defines whom you become. This realization teaches me, that small is big. Small things are very important. Healthy Sleep habits are one of the most crucial parts of our lives.
This time I am not going to give you any new facts about sleep, healthy sleep habits or anything else really. What’s on my mind and in my heart today, is about life’s puzzle and our responsibilty. What I mean by this, is that we are at any moment of our lives, a complete being. Who we are, what we do, how we behave, what we experience, are at that moment the perfect expressions of our essence. Whether we have sad experiences or joyful ones, they are no coincidences. Moreover, I am absolutely sure, that we bring them to life by what we think and how we feel.
The power of habit
What’s more, if we sleep well at night or not, the activity is a result of our repetitive actions we take daily, called habits. It is not only if we sleep well and wake up rested, that it is a habit that brings this to our life. But also, when we can’t sleep well, that is a result of a habit as well.
“Thoughts become words, words become actions, actions become habits, habits become character, character becomes your destiny”
It is not only the spectacular, the outstanding thing that we achieve is a result of the repetitive actions we take. But almost anything that we have in our lives. Think about this, anything is your responsibility.
If you want something different, change that, you are not a tree (Jim Rohn)
I know it sounds obvious, but do you really realize that when you don’t do things well, I mean when you wake up feeling tired, and do not have the healthy sleep habits, it is because of actions you have been taking daily? It is a powerful realization, because if we feel that it is us who create what we have on a daily basis, we can change that. Moreover, we can replace the habits that do not serve us (based on the results we see and experience) with the better ones.
Things happen if we take action and if we do not. Both scenarios are based on habits, that we have created throughout our lives.

Form new healthy sleep habits and finally sleep well without any drugs
According to Robin Sharma, it takes 66 days to form a new habit. Repeated daily, even if you do not see immediate results. If you are not happy with what is happening in your life, change that, by taking one step at a time. For example, you may focus on falling asleep at the same time every night, to give your body a foundation. And then add a new when this one has been achieved. Just observe yourself. if you are not happy, do something different, one at a time.
Sleep is magic. It is the foundation of your life. Discover its secrets. The secrets of sleep.
