Eco Health Laboratory: beetroot morning
Beetroot is a star vegetable. Known as the most alkaline among all, is easy to buy and fun to cook. At our home, we love to begin our day by preparing the beetroot morning juice. We have several different juices, which we drink during the day, as organic juices nurture human body and detoxify it, while being tasty. Mniam!
On our list of simple yet revolutionary life choices, organic juices top the list. It is important, that the thing that truly shapes your life is easy to do. It may require dedication, persistance to really see/ feel the benefits, but when they start arriving, your entire life changes. It is the major point. Simple supported by dedication and persistance.
In our wonderful company, which we call EcoHealthLAB, we focus on the fundamental things, that shape us, that build the net of internal strengths, that allows us achieve and reach the top of our abilities. What do I mean by this?
If you would like to run a marathon, but your have problems with your spine and knees, you will find it difficult to realize the dream of completing the marathon. If you want to solve a complex scientific problem, but you find it difficult to concentrate for a longer period of time, your attention will be distracted, and the great solution may be out of reach. If you want to be healthy, but your body is full of toxins, your will continually face illnesses, one after another.
But, if you pay attention to the small things, your big results will astound you in the future. By the small things I mean : drinking clean water and organic juices, the correct natural mattress to sleep on (like our natural organic buckwheat mattresses), (to cater to your spine), the right type of pillow to lay your head and neck on (to help your cervical spine, like our organic cervical neck pillow), a few minutes a day spent on the correct breathing technique, meditation.

These things are simple. But just like a drop of water drills the rock, the simple activities or choices, will make you wiser and stronger for the future, no matter your age. Simple activities are fun to do, and when repeated with consistency, act like the snowball. Think of Warren Buffett… Alice Shroeder, who wrote the famous Buffett biography, said about him:
“On me personally what has been the most important was to understand the value of time — and this is something that has come from observing him, learning his story and that time compounds. What you do when you are young (and as you use time over your life) can have an exponential effect so that if you are thoughtful about it, you can really have powerful results later, if you want to.“
Today we point the flashlight of focus on juices. The phenomenal beetroot juices. In the morning, it takes me the maximum of fifteen minutes to prepare a few glasses of raw juice, from the first moment when I wash the vegetables/ fruits, prepare them, make the juice and wash the juicer. It is best to drink it at once, as at that moment it contains the highest amount of vitamins and minerals.
Why beetroot? It has been in use for ober 4 thousand years! In Babylon and Mycenae people treated the plant as a medicinal one, and used its leaves to heal. But 1 200 years had to pass for humans in the Mediterranean region to start using its roots.
A curious person may say, that the vegetable contains less vitamins than, for example carrots. It has some vitamin B and vitamin C. Yes! it is true, but it does not matter that much… because the plant has a very high biological value. Contains macronutrients and micronutrients, like calcium (32%), iron (0,9%), potassium, magenesium, sodium, protein (1,8%) and sugar (9,5%), and more, the vegetable is exceptionally alkiline!
An alkiline vegetable acts deacidifyingly on the body, which makes it helpful for those curing cancer or thinking about healthy body, free from toxic substances. It also happens through bioflavoinoids, which are present in the beetroots in the highest amount. Beetroot and the juices made of it will also lower your blood pressure.
When you add carrots and apples, you will make an even healthier mixture, and welcome the day in the morning by making your heart, lungs, brain and other organs very very happy 🙂 🙂
