Personal development to health
Your body may be hurting. For example, as a result of repeating the same habits over and over again. Eating chocolate, sweets, leads to obesity. You love smoking, as you feel it helps you calm down, and as a result, you develop lungs problems. Stress and your spine are interlinked closely. The healthier emotionally you are, the healthier your body becomes. Personal development to health is a path that heals your body.
Why only some personal development teachers truly help you
If you want to grow and change, there are so many chances and ways to achieve it. There is a path of personal development to health. Health of your heart, body and soul. There are many personal development teachers, coaches. Multiple seminars and trainings happening at any time, all around the world. But, do they really help you when you follow the teachers advice? In my experience I have found that it rarely happens. Why is that?
Some say, that not many people change after attending a seminar, because they do not apply the knowledge learned. They got inspired, but it is all that happens. But, these people start progressing eventually at a certain point and their life shifts. What I want to share with you, is my realisation, understanding why it happens, that mostly we attend seminars, but only some truly help.

Anthony Robbins during his Unleash the Power Within seminar
My story
I took part in the seminars in the UK, Poland, the USA, Italy. Toni Robbins, Richard Branson were among the teachers on stage. I read books and watched trainings online. As a result, I felt full of ideas and grand visions, but still could not change, become determined, full of courage. Just recently, as I was visiting Instagram to see what happens with my favourite architectural practices and tennis players. I also watched an instructional video by a British personal development teacher.
As I dived into watching, I realized that the teacher is trying to show me, that he understood where all the human problems start. Not just my own, but in general. He came from a place of total conviction. His idea, was, that the troubles are related to the inner self-image we have of ourselves. It is a great idea, and in many cases a true one. This is one of the problems many of us face. We live with a corrupt image of ourselves. That we are not good enough, not lovable, and unworthy.
Just after hearing his words, and watching the entire video, I felt, that I did not agree with him. It was his great idea, but… all of us come from different backgrounds, and are at a different life stages. Our minds, souls and hearts are like huge puzzles, and some pieces of them are simply not placed correctly, which results in a disharmony we experience. Your situation is unique, and the place where change starts is individually your own.
Somebody’s idea may not be your story
What surprised me after watching the personal development video, was… that for the teacher, it was crucial to share his idea, and not to focus on helping me grow. He shared his vision, how to deal with my challenges, and where to start. He expressed his idea. Was it about me? No. Did I feel connected to him or wanted to learn more? No.
Have you met many teachers whom you felt as if they were speaking directly to you? Who understood and felt your abundant nature, great capacity to love, hate, grow. Those, who felt your challenges, and respected them, moreover, believed that you can find your own path of personal development to health. From the trainings I took part in, I remember, that only a few of them did that.

Anthony Robbins seminar in 2012. I feel that what Tony teaches and how he approaches people is filled with love and respect
Love is the path and measure of that which makes sense
I remember, Toni Robbins, Jim Rohn, Robin Sharma, Louise Hay. They come to my mind. I truly learned from them. Just today, I watched a video on youtube by Jim Rohn talking about 3 steps to personal development. I listen to them, change, not because they tell me what is wrong with me, but because they fully respect and love me the way I am. I feel their passion for the greatness in each and every one of us, their belief that we are potential geniuses, with tremendous possibilities, able to grow and find our own unique paths.
What I feel is that all the strategies the great teachers offer are built on a solid foundation, of love and trust. They are not blind, and know what a human being is capable of doing, both in the sphere of good and evil. Nonetheless, they offer support, based on respect for who we truly are, the children of God and endless potential. The strategies follow, and you choose.
What I wanted to say here, was that your situation is unique, and based on your individuality. You may need to start from exercising daily, or doing meditations, or visualisations, or something else. Do not feel discouraged when you follow some teachers advice who tell you that you need to do “a” to achieve emotional stability, and after that you do not progress. Try and experience, and feel how the strategies feel. Look for your own path.
