All in and nutritional healing
Today, in my short article I want to address something, that is crucial to most of us, yet we ignore it in our lives. It has been on my mind for weeks if not months, because I was guilty of it too in my past and somehow kept asking myself why we humans do it. By looking on myself with love I know that we can do such things to ourselves. However I want to give you this food for thought, so perhaps you will make a different decision sooner. And see results that will simply upgrade your experience of life in all aspects of it. My thoughts were circling around this topic until a book about nutritional healing came to help.
Also, I want to give you a surprising yet simple suggestion how to start switching to the world of minimal or zero pain, good emotions and great relationships. It is very unique, yet so simple, that anybody can apply it and start seeing the results. However, it is not a quick fix, but you will feel inner silence and peace of mind while doing it. Moreover, it is so important, that everybody should know about it. Yet, they don’t! One of the most accomplished psychologists’ of all time, David Hawkins talked about a similar thing throughout his career.
Osteopaths have great books
During my recent visit to the USA I had a privilege to see a rich in content library. It belonged to osteopaths, so the books were carefully chosen. (Yes! when you visit such a practice, have an eye on their books). Two caught my eye. One described the key role the enzymes play in our lives, and the second was the America’s number 1 guide to natural health. A Bible nearly, in size and content: “Prescription for nutritional healing” by Phyllis A. Balch, CNC. I first took the second one to my hands and started reading.
Nutritional healing
Described by its author as “a practical a-to-z reference to drug-free remedies using vitamins, minerals, herbs, and food supplements”. Inside the book you will find many disorders, which include insomnia, stress, backache, anemia, cancer, ADD and more. What surprised me the most in this book, is that the recommendations given by the author, are often obvious. These are the things we humans should have in our lives on a daily basis, yet we do not, and are reminded of them when a disorder knocks.
We are in this together
And this was my question. Why do we wait till the last moment, when we are ill, have no energy, feel destructive pain, our lives are falling apart to start changing the destructive habits? These situations obviously show us that something is wrong in our lives, and it is a proof of that no one can deny. In such moments many of us turn our lives around. In fact, we start a new diet, remove unwanted and toxic substances and situations from our surrounding, start exercising etc. Often we begin eating good and tasty food, which includes miso, see weed, fruits, vegetables, herbs.
We remove toxic things from our homes and examine water we drink. My question is here: Why wait? You see as I said above, I was guilty of some of the things myself. It was my own inability to set healthy boundaries, and to respect them. But the thing here is not only about what we should or should not do. Who cares about such things? I do not. But the key is different. It is not about “should”, but a deep desire to do something.
All in
The key is about being all in in our lives. In expressing our true unique amazing power, that we have because we are humans. Very recently I heard that most of us use around 5% of our abilities and potential. What if you could double or triple that? How would your relationships look, your actions, and the ability to bring your dreams to life? They would be totally different. And it is available, at all times, if we simply start doing now the things so many of us start doing when serious disorders hit.
If we follow the unhealthy lifestyles, our experience of them in limited. Look on yourself: how often did you feel weak and dull after having a meal full of fat or sugar? Were your mind alert and ready to experience the vastness of life after such a dinner? No. Did it make you stronger or weaker? You can feel energized and strong following a healthy and tasty meal. And the changes that we need to apply are often simply minimal. The same happens to being continuously tired. We work and work, until we are dull and unable to see and understand.
Simple prescription for nutritional healing that cure severe health disorders
This is also what shocked me in the “Prescription for nutritional healing” book. The suggestions, recommendations that are not complex, but very very simple and available to most of us. For example: for those of us experiencing backache, what would work, is to remove meat and animal protein from your diet, until you are healed. They contain uric acid, which affects kidneys, and this may contribute to back pain. The author suggest following fasting or intermitted fasting. Applying a heating pad to your back is another recommendation.

The more striking suggestions come in the section for cancer patients: drink green tea, as it contains epigallocatechin-3-gallate, which “cuts off blood vessels that feed cancerous vessels”. Drink spring or steam-distilled water, limit the consumption of diary products. Avoid all junk food, sugar and salt. Eat grains, nuts, seeds, green and orange vegetables. Etc. Drink beet juice. Eat cherries. Are these rocket science? No. There are of course many more recommendations, but none of them sounds strange and difficult.
They are indeed something we could have had in our lives on a daily basis, which would lead not only to avoiding disorders, but most of all: to reaching a much greater levels of human potential. My another question is: what would happen if you started acting now, without delaying? I know that I definitely like it a lot these weeks, as I feel curious, and in love with myself.
The USA inspired me but also made me question things
When I was in the US, I loved the feeling of safety. The fact is, that in that country many things are done well, and are there for you, and will be. You do not need to look into everything in all aspects of life, because many are simply ready for you. You can enjoy them, and trust. The feeling of trust I felt there gave me wonderful peaceful emotions. However, not everything is done for you: You need to make a decision what to choose out of those things that are available.
The disorders we experience show us the raw truth, whether what we chose was good for us. And my suggestion given to you in the end helps you make the correct decision! However, it is only you who can do it: spend the time and attention thinking about what is happening and why to make a different decision in the future. When it comes to health, physical or emotional, the difference is profound, sometimes between life and death.
Einstein said it best: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
The same with the things we have in our homes. They look good, but are full of toxic substances. We inhale them and take into our organism. They accumulate inside over time. Choosing organic may be the decision that your future life will thank you for.
The remedy that changes everything
I promised you a solution. I know it is not so easy to suddenly start paying attention and doing the things that are going to make you shine in your life. However, there is a way, to start feeling so much passion for your own self, that the need to know what to add or avoid would be natural to you. I came to this realization naturally, and by the way I feel, I realized how profound it is.
It is so important and so grand that you would not like to miss this one. The point is, that it leads to natural knowing what is good for us and what is not, and helps you choose without effort, like for example to decide about the nutritional healing.
Simply, listen to your body. You do not need to be in a quiet room, or in a perfect setting. You may be walking, sitting and falling asleep. Listen and feel what is happening inside of you. Maybe it is a tension in your back, or a sudden irritation in your mouth. Perhaps it is a pressure in the stomach, or only one part of it. You may also feel warmth on one side of your head, and while the other remains cool. Give the sensations you experience your undivided attention.
You become more important to yourself than anybody else
Maybe immediately or after a short while you will see, that the reactions you are discovering are more interesting than anything that comes from the outside. They become like an exploration, always new, surprising and precious. Moreover, when you focus on them, you immediately silence the inner chatter that all of us hear inside our heads. This is the nagging voice that is nearly never silent, telling us what we can and cannot do. But here… it is silenced by your passionate exploration of your own body’s reactions.
It is the ultimate simplification, that authentically shows you how important these sensations are. From here, it becomes natural to want to give yourself only the best. Moreover, this is when the nutritional healing becomes automatic. The same with exercises, sleep and pure surroundings, perhaps filled with our organic pristine products dedicated to peaceful sleep.
This is also the way… to finally feel and know that you are alive. Maybe, for the first time in your life. To Be like a child. Start fresh and let yourself be amazed.
