Water: do you know its powerful health secret?
Water… there is no life on Earth without it. Over 71% of the Earth’s surface is covered by water. It is seen by humans as a daily commodity, yet… it holds a key to our survival and health. The list of health benefits of water is long. It is not just a drink. It is so much more, that if we knew, what water really is, our lifes and health could transform in a matter of weeks.
When you look on your hand, you see solid shape: muscles, bones, veins and nerves covered by skin. It is strong, capable of lifting many kilograms, fighting, embracing another human. When you observe it, you may find it hard to believe, that it is mostly made of water. It is solid, but made of water. Sounds crazy, but it is true.
Science proved it over and over again. Our bodies, depending on our age and other factors, are build up of 40% to 85% water. It is fascinating to know, that even bones contain water, up to 22%.
You drink water, swim in it, take a shower or a bath in it. You cook in it. It comes in, in the form of a liquid, and goes out when you sweat or pee. We treat it without a serious thought.
But water holds a key to our health!
Through water we can start healing our bodies, in a natural way, without chemical medicine.
In this article, we will have a first thorough look on the amazing ability water has to heal our bodies, how it happens, how to drink it to extract the greatest benefits of drinking water.
Human body and water
The key to understanding the healing power of water, we need to look closely on how much water human body contains depending on our age.
IMPORTANT:
When we are born, our bodies are composed of 75% water, when we reach maturity, the number drops to 70% for the sportive types, 60% for the majority of men and 55% for women. An elderly person has a body composed of approximately 50% water.
The older we are, the less water we have in our internal organs and skin. But, the more water you are composed of, the healthier you become. We cannot completly stop the aging process, but we can slow it down. It is related to the amount of water in our bodies. One of the ways of slowing the process down is through physical exercises. Why?
Because, if you are of muscular build, your body contains more water than the body of a obese person. The scientists found out, that body fat has very litte water in it. The more fat, the less water. The less water, the faster the aging process, and weaker health!
Wikipedia says:
“some obese people are as little as 45% water by weight”
- the brain and heart, are composed of 73% water
- kidneys are 79% water
- the lungs are 83% water
- the skin is 64% water
- the bones are around 31%
The water you drink, influences each and every cell of your body, your thoughts, dreams and digestion. if you choose the right type of liquid to drink, the list of its health benefits will be long.
Why should we pay attention to proper hydration? Among the many advantages of drinking water, are:
- it flushes waste and toxins from the body via urine or sweat
- it carries nutrients and oxygen to our cells
- it regulates body temperature
- it builds the brain, heart, blood, lungs, kidneys, and every little part of what we are made of
- it helps slow down the aging process
Moreover, water has memory. What it means, is that even when we drink enough of liquids per day, we may still be causing harm to our internal organs.
And in these two facts: the amount of water in our body plus its memory, hold the key to our health.
If water has memory, and the memory is negative, what would it do to your body?
Erasing water’s memory is possible. It is still very controversial, but the scientists who deal with water, and the doctors who achieve measurable successes in healing people, state, that water without memory is the healthiest one for our bodies! Erasing its memory is quite easy. We will describe it in our next article.
If it has no memory, and is clean, it will involve the minimum amount of body energy to be processed and used. The less energy our internal process need, the longer we will live.
