Natural grace of Mother Earth
Earth is full of natural grace. It allows all the different states to emerge naturally. It receives rain and thunder, enjoys sun, and is touched deeply by the wind. When dry seasons emerge, they happen and the surface becomes so dry that it breaks. The pieces become dust which cover the Sun and make breathing difficult. Grace of Mother Earth takes us by the hand, and leads us to its Secret Garden that simply is. It is true to what it is and its beauty amazes us.

Beautiful in all its moments, the Earth let them happen naturally. If it stopped rain from falling, the roots would not have water to grow. Drops falling down bring refreshment and space for growth. Life comes from fluids. If did not want the Sun, there would be no warmth to touch the leaves and tree trunks, animals and humans. The plants would not grow without the touch of warmth and ease.
Thunders and storms move the dust and change the surface. They happen and sometimes sweep the surface like a giant broom. Not leaving much behind. All the sensations, weather, season changes happen, and the Earth receives them. They are necessary, are the results, and happen now. If there was no rain, there would be no growth. All its states are good, simply because they are.

Beauty of Now
…
All we have in NOW
The bird is singing outside my window, the warm air touches my skin. I can hear the machines working in the background. When me fingers touch the keyboard I love the sensation I feel in my fingertips. The machine has just stopped playing the sound, and it is so silent. My eyes wonder around. So many books, and pictures on the wall. Am I happy here? When my mind is silent, and I am the senses, I can feel myself in the Now. I see it, am I happy here? I just touched my skin, I am alive…do I like what I see? Is my breath deep?
I just felt a deeper sensation in my chest, in its upper part, and now it is moving to my throat, I can feel it in my gums and jaw. I am breathing, it made me want to cry. The sensation is in my throat, and now the tears are falling down, the tears of delight. Just like the natural Grace of Mother Earth, second by second, with every touch of the wind gust, that is heard and felt on the skin of the cheek. Let it touch you.
