Hey, this time my article is going to be short. However, I want to address something that is so important, that just cannot be ignored. Love is that word that is overused in our world. It has become a commodity, a selling technique. Yet, love strategy still is a land full of miracles and mystique, which can be a a surprising path for your aching body
In the emails I receive from our customers, I often hear about their physical challenges, illnesses, painful backs and backbones. Sometimes they say that they would like to remove the painful illness from their bodies. What’s more, they would like to get rid of it, and that they hate it. But, what if I told you to do the opposite?
I strongly believe that it is us who create the illness and pain that we sometimes experience in our bodies or emotions. Just as the wrinkles on a face show a map of our lives. With all the challenges, joys and emotions carved into the skin and muscle tissue of a person’s face, the bodies exhibit our emotions and habits.

Strategy to heal
A person may feel pain somewhere in the body and simply go to a doctor to cure it. They will prescribe pills, and the symptoms may go away for a while. However the root cause stays and is not healed. When I am ill, I look for the emotional reason for that which is happening to my body and in it. Human body is so wise, perfectly created by nature. It is our container, shell and shelter, a perfect home for our soul. Moreover, it is your friend, who shows and guides you throughout your life.
Your thoughts materialize
Often the psychologists would say that our emotions and feelings are material. That they show up in the body as an illness to alert us. Plus, they point our attention to something that we do to ourselves that is not good for us. Like negative thinking, luck of trust, or letting the inner dialogue we hear in our heads to run our daily lives.
So the illness that shows up is … in fact your greatest friend. It shows you that there is something you are doing that is hurting you. Imagine, that it would almost say to you: “Hey lovely, look at me, see the pain in the stomach or heart. You know, it hurts when you continuously worry or sit too much. I (the body) find it difficult to cope with it. See me, hear me”

Where focus goes energy flows…
I want to tell you to deeply respect and LOVE your body. For the care it is giving you. If there is illness in your body, LOVE it for showing up. It is pointing your attention to something you are doing or thinking, feeling that is not good for you in your life. Respect the trouble. Our lives may be fast, even frantic. Responsibilities, things to do and take care for. How much time do you have to really listen to your body? Do you hear its gentle signals when something you are doing is not good for your present and future life?
Maybe the illness was the desperate action your body took to show you to stop, slow down, look… and start observing and later changing. Illness and pain are your mirrors, that show up out of LOVE for you, to say: “Please slow down, let’s look how can we do this or that better, together. You and me, body and heart.” Don’t fight the “unwanted” states of your body, or emotions. Let them be and observe them with love and gratitude. This is what the love strategy is all about.
Your favorite beloved place
If you find it difficult to relax to acknowledge and listen to your body, because your mind is constantly thinking, tell me something: “What is your favorite place to go to, where you purify yourself?”

For me it is the forest. When I am there, I am silent, and united with nature beyond words. It touches me to my deepest core. I nearly feel as if I was flying there, so light, full of love and as if I was surrounded by family. New way, rarely following the beaten paths. I turn to a new area and explore. Moreover, to be among the trees that lead into the unknown feels mystical each and every time. Being there purifies my soul and head. All the useless inner chatter vanish, and I am united with all life. There, I see and experience what the inner talking does to me, as I can also experience how wonderful silence is.
The contradiction of the blissful inner states you experience in your beloved places and the inner frantic thoughts that run your days is that thing you need to feel. That difference is guide.

I encourage you to find your beloved place to be with yourself and to respect your body and what it is showing you through its symptoms. Love strategy will do miracles for you if you allow yourself to respect the wisdom of your own body and heart.
You are beautiful and wise. When you open for this simple truth, the tears may flow down your cheeks.
