Hey, I am Martyna, the creator of EcoHealthLAB. I imagined and built our company, out of passion and dedication to natural health and beauty of nature. I am a passionate person, and my life is filled with several projects. I needed to focus on health more, as I paid a high price for the stress I went through in my other ventures. A thorough research followeed, in the fields of sleep, food, nutrition, natural healing, reflexology, water. Knowledge I found, profoundly changed my life.
