Organic Lavender and Roses. Nature takes it slow
Nature is an eternal teacher. It creates beautiful flowers, aromatic, organic lavender and roses. Moreover, the blooming trees take our breath away. We feel overwhelmed with the flowers, the vegetables, the phenomenon of spring. Could a human design a spring?… This is a question Janine Benyus asked. Indeed if you pause and think about this question, the wisdom and power of nature will overwhelm you. Further, the complexity of multitude of systems that are in motion to create each moment in nature show us how powerful it is. Interconnected and slow yet steady.
Secret garden
In our garden, under a careful eye of our wonderful Mother, we find plenty of flowers, vegetables, herbs (for EcoHealthLAB organic pillows and organic mattresses), fruit trees, and trees that are just beautiful. As well we hear birds sing every day, butterflies fly, and occasional mouses run among the bushes. Our dog sleeps under an apple tree.
Hence, you become connected to nature when you walk barefoot on the grass. Further, if you can, and have a garden or a lawn close to your home, do it as the first thing in the morning. Furthermore, no matter the weather, walk there barefoot for a few minutes. Feel the touch of grass on your skin and toes, enjoy the nurturing humidity of the morning dew. Even if fall comes, or it is snowing, do it to reconnect to mother nature each and every morning. It grounds you and calms you down.
Nature takes it slow. It grows slowly but persistently everyday.
In fact, in our garden we grow organic lavender and roses, thyme and lemon balm. Carrots and beetroot. Moreover, the aromatic lavender for your organic buckwheat hulls pillows with lavender. It smells tremendously. And nature heals your soul with its beauty and slow speed. It adapts slowly, and does not do too many things at once, simultaneously. This is contrary to what we humans do. In our fast and even faster lives, we are pushed into thinking that fast is good. Moreover, it is somehow celebrated to multitask. However, the research shows that the results of multitasking are far from satisfactory.
